Geographic scope. Products are offered for sale for delivery within mainland France only (France métropolitaine). We do not deliver to other destinations.

Orders. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order that presents an abnormal character, including orders that are unusually large or that show signs of fraudulent payment.

Prices. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (TTC) .

Right of withdrawal. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery. To exercise it, contact us at info@eraclosetfr.com before returning the product. The return procedure, condition requirements, return-shipping terms, and refund timeline are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Legal guarantees. All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.

Applicable law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent French courts.
